About : Bhrigu Lake

Bhrigu Lake is located at an elevation of around 4200 mtr (14100) ft in Kullu district Himachal Pradesh India. It is around 6km from Gulaba. It can be reached by trekking either from the Vashisht temple which is famous for its hot water springs close to the town of Manali. Actually there is no settlement in Gulaba and is an area of the Pir Panjal Mountain Range. It is named after Maharishi Bhrigu. Frozen Bhrigu lake. Legend has it that the sage used to meditate near the lake and hence it has been rendered sacred the locals believe that due to his the lake never freezes completely. this lake is held sacred to the sage Rishi Bhrigu a great saint of Indian history .it lies on the various trek routes of the region.

  • Day 1 : Arrival Manali Base Camp!

    Welcome to Manali base camp, after Breakfast enjoy team building activities. Post lunch, we will go for the Acclimatization Walk and back to camp. overnight stay at base camp.

  • Day 2 : Base Camp to Gulaba via cab and Trek To Raolikholi

    after breakfast we start our journey via road till Gulaba check post and start trek to Raolikholi, it takes 5 to 6 hrs. there are two streams to cross. overnight we stay in tents at Raolikholi.

  • Day 3 : Raolikholi To Bhrigu Lake

    Trek start early in the morning it takes 4 to 5 hrs to reach Bhrigu lake. We go there with packed lunch when we reach there we see a beautiful lake and awesome views of Mountains many Peaks Dholadhar Range and Pir Panjal Range. Then descend trek back to Raolikholi overnight stay at Raolikholi.

  • Day 4 : Raolikholi To Gulaba Manali Base Camp

    after breakfast descend trek Gulaba 3 to 4 hrs then via cab reach Manali base camp. overnight stay at base camp.

  • Day 5 : Free & Departure Day

    This is your day to visit own self after breakfast Departure, free day to visit Manali Sightseeing, River Rafting, Paragliding, Zip Line etc. Let’s stay in touch on Instagram & Facebook and meet again on another memorable holiday see you soon.
